How It Works

From first call to worker on site — in 30–45 days

A typical process takes 30–45 days, depending on the profile and permit quotas. Simpler profiles are often faster; licensed trades can take a little longer.
1

Consultation & needs analysis

1–3 days

We discuss the worker profile, headcount, location and accommodation. We agree on the engagement model — placement, secondment or targeted search.

2

Profile & pre-selection

5–10 days

We draft the job description and start sourcing from our database and partner networks across Latin America, the Philippines, Nepal and India.

3

Selection & candidate shortlist

5–10 days

We conduct interviews and verify experience and references. You choose from the presented candidates.

4

Work permit & documentation

20–30 days

We manage the full MUP process, HZZ labour-market opinion, translations and certifications — from start to finish.

5

Arrival & onboarding

5–10 days

We organise travel, accommodation and residence registration. We stay in contact with you and the worker during the first weeks.

Pricing model

Transparent, fee-based

Placement

A one-time fee per successfully hired worker. You pay only once the candidate starts work.

Secondment

A monthly per-worker rate — covering salary, contributions, permits, accommodation and all administration. No hidden costs.

Search & selection

A per-profile fee depending on the trade and number of candidates. We provide a detailed quote after a short call.

The exact amount depends on the profile, headcount and country of origin. Get in touch for a concrete quote — we respond within one business day.

Common questions

What employers ask us most

Typically 30–45 days for an unregulated trade from Latin America, the Philippines or Nepal. It depends on how quickly the Ministry of the Interior issues the work permit (currently 20–30 days) and whether you have hired foreign workers before.

We work on a fee basis: either a one-time fee per worker (placement model) or a monthly per-worker rate (secondment model). The exact amount depends on the profile, headcount and region. We send a concrete quote within one business day after a short call.

Yes. If a worker leaves or proves unsuitable during the initial period, we provide a replacement at no additional placement fee. The exact timeframes and conditions are defined in the contract.

In the secondment model the worker is employed by us, so we handle the dismissal administration and the paperwork with the Ministry. In the placement model you are the employer, but we provide advisory support and help arrange a replacement as agreed.

Most candidates from Latin America have basic English (B1); those from the Philippines, Nepal and India often have stronger English. They typically learn Croatian within the first 3–6 months. For positions where language is critical, we run additional pre-screening.

We sort accommodation together — we can arrange it through our own network (capacity in several Croatian cities) or combine it with yours. Travel (flights, transfers, residence registration) is within our scope and included in the process.
